Ordering Information

Bill's Outdoor Center accepts secure orders online 24 hours a day 7 days a week, and by telephone, fax and regular mail. To place your order by telephone, call us toll-free at (877) 815-1574 Monday through Saturday 9am-5pm eastern standard time.  You can fax your order to us 24 hours a day at (301) 387-2248 fax orders will be processed the next business day. To mail an order to us, please send the order form to:

You can order any items shown on our online store, however we may carry more than is shown, if you would like to inquire about items not shown, please do so by email at info@billsoutdoorcenter.com and our staff will be happy to assist you.

How do you pay?

We accept payment online by Visa, MasterCard and Discover. Your credit card will be charged at time of purchase.

We also accept money orders and personal checks by mail. Please make checks or money orders payable to Bill's Outdoor Center. However, personal checks must clear our bank before we ship your order. We will charge a $25 fee on all returned checks.

Sales Tax

Since our business is located in Maryland; we are required to charge state sales tax of 6% to all orders.

Back Orders

Back Orders will be held open for 30 Days and are not guaranteed for delivery. After the 30 day period any back orders will be credited back to you.

Shipping times and costs

Bill’s Outdoor Center can only ship to a physical address, NO PO BOXES, and charges flat-rate standard shipping on all orders shipped within the lower 48 United States based on the dollar amount ordered, please see rate charts below. Typically all orders will be shipped out on the next business day (Monday-Friday) from the date order is received and shipped UPS ground to the lower 48 states should be received in 2-7 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays).  Certain products shipped may be subject to higher shipping rates based on size, weight or multiple boxes, also orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii, and will be charged on actual rates instead of flat-rate. In the event of this, Bill's Outdoor Center will contact you with the exact shipping info and make arrangements accordingly in your order conformation email. Please contact us at 877-815-1574 or info@billsoutdoorcenter.com if you would like an exact quote before ordering. Unfortunately we do not ship outside the United States at this time, sorry for any inconvenience.

Your orders tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as order is processed for shipment, any lost packages must be reported within ten business days to our customer service department.

Please Note: Any packages that appear damaged when you receive them should be inspected before you sign for them and rejected if any product appears damaged.

Return Policies, Defective Products and Manufacturers Warranties

You are welcome to return or exchange any product(s) purchased from Bill's Outdoor Center unless 1.) The product was a special order item 2.) The product specified no return upon ordering or 3.) The product is an electronic device that has been opened; these can only be returned directly to the manufacturer for warranty repair or replacement. The product must be returned in the same condition that you received them and within 30 days of purchase. If packaged the packaging must be un-opened, clothing and/or footwear must be unworn and in original packaging/box. Any product not returned with all packaging, tags, manuals, etc. will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. All shipping fees and taxes incurred will be your responsibility. Please call and speak to a customer service representative who will give you instructions on returning products. Credits will be issued for any product returned less any shipping fees, once the product has been returned and inspected by our staff.

Defective products that have not yet been used need to be returned to Bill's Outdoor Center to be inspected by our staff where we will make a determination on which of the following will happen. 1.) If the product is deemed defective, Bill's Outdoor Center will ship your replacement or refund your money. 2.) If it is deemed a manufacturer defect we will contact the manufacturer and then contact you with the actions being taken.
                                                                                     
All products returned to Bill's Outdoor Center must be done under the following guidelines:

  1. Call a customer service representative at (877) 815-1574 during the hours of 9am-5pm Monday-Saturday.
  2. Pack the product in a suitable box for shipping and enclose all contact information so we can contact you when the shipment is received and inspected.
  3. Ship the product back via UPS ground to:

Any product that has been used or electronic devices that have been opened are then covered under the manufactures warranty and then all claims must be filed directly through the manufacturer. 

Most manufacturers have all warranty information attached or with the product when purchased. If they do not and you need a copy, check the manufacturer web site or contact Bill's Outdoor Center at info@billsoutdoorcenter.com for assistance.

  1. All prices shown on this site are in US Dollars.
  2. We reserve the right to limit quantities and refuse service to any person.
  3. We apologize for and pictorial or typographical errors and reserve the right to correct pricing errors, and to refuse shipment on such pricing errors until they are agreed apon with the customer.
  4. Any and all terms and conditions, policies, store information and product specifications and pricing are subject to change without notice. Any changes will then be in effect upon posting of the site.
